If Items are damaged and if its fully broken We ensure that promptly you are given a replacement at no extra cost. However, we’d request you to keep the item tag and packaging in place when you send it back to us.

Any item that is returned without all unique packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, links, and every other thing initially included with the item at the season of conveyance;

Any item without a legitimate, intelligible, untampered serial number, including however not constrained to items with missing, harmed, changed, or generally ambiguous .

Our items are handmade and made with glue it can be slightly unstick in shipment  doesnt  mean that item is broken . You will restore it by stick it with glue if the cap is made with fancy items
